GB / OE

Counseling and Organizational Development (GB/OE) is an internal offer of counselling from the Evangelical Church in Baden. The aim of this counselling is to support church congregation development processes and to shape the future with sustainable solutions.

We consult and support governing bodies of congregations and church district institutions, individuals (coaching) and other areas of the church's work.

Possible consulting areas are:
  • If you want to improve your cooperation or gain new impulses for your content work
  • If you want to set priorities and long-term goals, e.g. in preparation for a church visitation
  • In the event of structural and personal changes
  • In resolving conflicts
  • When holding events with large groups, e.g. Future Conference
  • If you're planning to introduce a "Church Compass"
  • If you want to open up new perspectives
  • If you need coaching for your leadership function
