In the 18 years of professional experience in various areas at Robert Bosch GmbH, I have gained a lot of experience in the industry in the field of international marketing, communication and process consulting. During my career I was always accompanied by the topic of continuous improvement and the moderation of multiple groups and teams.
Since the beginning of my professional career, I have had the opportunity to accompany many teams, whether in vision, mission and strategy development, leadership dialogues or collaborative topics. In doing so, I discovered my passion for change support and – consulting. These experiences have taught me how important professional change management is. In many cases, this is even crucial for the success of a project.
My knowledge is based on my studies of business management, many years of experience in the industry in an international context, various change management and process consultant trainings, as well as a systemic consultancy and training as a certified business coach through an Accredited Coach Training Program (ACTP) according to the guidelines of the International Coaching Federation (ICF). I have been able to use this theoretical knowledge successfully in practice as a moderator and change consultant at Bosch for several years.
I am convinced that a positive attitude and charisma can be very helpful in getting people out of their problem focus and helping them find solutions with their own resources. I am a good observer with a high interest in my counterpart and am able to empathize with others very well. It is my great strength to inspire others and infect them with positive energy. I don't shy away from tackling topics unconventionally and I'm passionate about everything I do. I'm curious, open to new things, always try to respond to others and have an open ear. With these characteristics, I want to support people - whether individually or as a team - to achieve their goals and develop their full potential.
